Inner Nourishment & Authentic Connections

Hi there! Friendships are fascinating journeys to explore. Each one is unique. I’m inviting you to look at the core of your connections with friends and discover ways to cultivate nourishing and uplifting friendships.

Often overlooked, friendships are a source of energy in your lives.

Some friends lift you up with vitality, while others might leave you feeling drained. When you take stock of your close circle of friends, get really clear on the qualities that matter most to you. Yes, a bit daunting, especially when you move to a new city and don’t know many people. It’s natural to feel lonely when friends move away, during life transitions, relationship splits or your friendship standards have changed. I took the plunge a few years ago to review how some friends had a positive impact on my well-being while others, depleted me and left me unsatisfied after spending time together. I bravely began to cull unsatisfying friendships.

Your patterns determine your role as a friend to others.

Are you:

o          An empathetic nurturer, always looking out for your friends' well-being?

o          A people-pleaser?

o          Someone who likes being in control of gatherings?

o          A connector?

o          As the expert?

o          Cheerleader?

o          A compassionate shoulder to cry on?

o          Dependable?

o          Kind?

o          A good listener?

o          Fun?

o          Or…?

It all comes down to becoming the best version of yourself you can be! When you’re aware of your own friendship energy, you'll have gained valuable insights into how it aligns with your authentic connections. Get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and find out what kind of friend you truly are! Championing you to step out of your comfort zone, enjoy life and have more fun!
